โปรดทราบว่า

• ไม่อนุญาตให้นำอาหารและ/หรือเครื่องดื่มเข้าบริเวณพื้นที่จัดแสดงงาน

• อาคาร Erawan Bangkok เป็นพื้นที่ห้ามสูบบุหรี่

• ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงหรือสัตว์ชนิดใดก็ตามเข้าในบริเวณพื้นที่ Scene Erawan ยกเว้นสุนัขนำทาง

• ผู้เข้าชมทุกท่านที่เข้าสู่พื้นที่จัดแสดงงาน ต้องมีบัตรเข้าชมงานที่ใช้ได้จริง (สแกนเข้างานได้)

• บัตรเข้างานจะสแกนเข้างานไม่ได้จนกว่าจะถึงเวลาที่ผู้เข้าชมจองไว้ซึ่งปรากฏบนบัตร กรณีที่มาถึงสถานที่จัดงานล่าช้าภายในวันที่จองรอบเวลาไว้ ผู้เข้าชมยังสามารถเข้าชมภายในงานได้

• บัตรที่ชำระเงินแล้ว ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ เว้นแต่บางกรณีที่ผู้จัดงาน Scene Erawan กำหนดให้คืนได้

• ผู้เข้าชมที่ถือบัตรนักเรียน/นักศึกษา (Student Ticket) ต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวนักเรียน/นักศึกษา ณ ทางเข้างาน

• ไม่อนุญาตให้นำกล้องถ่ายภาพเข้าในพื้นที่จัดงาน ยกเว้นได้รับอนุญาตจากทางผู้จัดงานเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

• ห้ามบันทึกภาพ วิดีโอ หรือเสียง เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้า ยกเว้นได้รับอนุญาตจากทางผู้จัดงานเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

• ชิ้นงานที่จัดแสดงใน Scene Erawan ได้รับความคุ้มครองลิขสิทธิ์ตามกฎหมาย ขอความร่วมมือผู้เข้าชมทุกท่านเคารพผู้สร้างสรรค์งานและลิขสิทธิ์ในทุกชิ้นงาน

• เนื่องจากพื้นที่จัดแสดงแต่ละชิ้นงานใช้พื้นที่ร่วมกัน ขอความร่วมมือผู้เข้าชมทุกท่านปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขที่ทางผู้จัดงานและ Erawan Bangkok กำหนด

• โปรดปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดที่แจ้งไว้ ณ สถานที่จัดงานหรือที่พนักงานแจ้งให้ทราบ

• กรุณาเคารพและให้เกียรติผู้เข้าชมท่านอื่น ๆ ไม่บดบังทัศนวิสัยและหลีกเลี่ยงการส่งเสียงรบกวน

• เพื่อประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดของผู้เข้าชมทุกท่าน ขอความร่วมมือหลีกเลี่ยงการเปิดเผยเนื้อหาของงานที่จัดแสดง

• บริเวณที่จัดแสดงไม่เหมาะสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 6 ปี และเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปีควรมีผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ดูแลติดตามในบริเวณจัดแสดง

• ผู้ปกครอง คณะครู หรือผู้นำชม (ไกด์) มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบดูแลพฤติกรรมของเยาวชน หรือคณะบุคคลที่ติดตามมาด้วย

• หากเกิดความเสียหายในพื้นที่แสดงงาน ผู้เข้าชมงานซึ่งเป็นผู้ก่อความเสียหายจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ

• ผู้เข้าชมรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายและความเสี่ยงในการเข้าชมพื้นที่จัดแสดงงาน

• บางส่วนของพื้นที่จัดแสดงงานอาจไม่เหมาะสำหรับผู้พิการหรือผู้ใช้รถเข็น เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดในการออกแบบและการใช้งาน พนักงานของ Scene Erawan ยินดีให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้พิการผ่านเส้นทางพิเศษ

• ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัมภาระขนาดใหญ่กว่า 40 ซม. x 30.5 ซม. x 15.25 ซม. (16 นิ้ว x 11.8 นิ้ว x 6 นิ้ว) เข้าบริเวณพื้นที่จัดแสดงงาน

• การปฏิเสธไม่ให้ผู้เข้าชมเข้าบริเวณพื้นที่จัดแสดงงานจะเกิดขึ้นในกรณีที่

  • บัตรเข้าชมงานไม่ได้มาจากทาง Scene Erawan หรือองค์กร หรือหน่วยงานที่ Scene Erawan อนุญาตให้มีอำนาจจำหน่ายบัตร

  • ผู้เข้าชมงานมีพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์อย่างเห็นได้ชัด เนื่องมาจากแอลกอฮอล์ บุหรี่ หรือสารอื่นที่ใกล้เคียง

  • ผู้เข้าชมงานมีพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์อย่างเห็นได้ชัด ตั้งใจก่อกวนหรือพยายามก่อกวน

  • ผู้เข้าชมละเมิดข้อตกลงที่ Scene Erawan กำหนด

  • ผู้เข้าชมพยายามเข้าภายในพื้นที่ Scene Erawan โดยไม่สวมรองเท้าหรือไม่สวมใส่เสื้อผ้า

• การยกเลิกบัตรจะเกิดขึ้นในกรณีที่

  • กรณีที่รัฐบาลประกาศมาตรการงดเดินทางในเขตพื้นที่ของผู้ถือบัตร เนื่องจากสถานการณ์โรคระบาด COVID-19 ทำให้ผู้ถือบัตรต้องหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางมายังสถานที่จัดงาน

  • อุบัติเหตุที่พิสูจน์ได้ซึ่งทำให้ไม่สามารถเข้ามายังสถานที่จัดงานได้

  • ผู้ถือบัตรเสียชีวิต

• ห้ามนำวัตถุเหล่านี้เข้าภายในพื้นที่จัดแสดงงาน

  • ปืน ไฟ และอาวุธที่ใช้ยิง

  • อาวุธที่แหลมคมและ/หรือวัตถุที่แหลมคมซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บหรือเสียหายได้

  • ระเบิดและวัตถุไวไฟ

  • สารเคมีและสารพิษ

• ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้เข้าชมได้รับการคุ้มครองตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562

• รายละเอียดของงานอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง Scene Erawan จะแจ้งให้ผู้ถือบัตรทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ ของงาน

Please scan your ticket at the entrance. The visitors are entitled to enter the Ticketed Area strictly upon the presence of a valid Admission Ticket. Employees of Scene Erawan will be present for assistance.

Please note:

• No drinks and/or food are allowed in the Ticketed Area

• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the Erawan Bangkok Building.

• Pets or animals are not allowed in Scene Erawan; with the exception of guide dogs.

• All visitors to the Ticketed Area are required to show a valid entrance ticket.

• An entrance ticket will be invalid before the starting time stated on the ticket. However, in case of late arrivals on the day specified on the ticket, visitors will still be able to use it to gain entry to the Ticketed Area.

• Purchased tickets are non-refundable except in limited circumstances determined by the Scene Erawan organiser.

• Visitors with a student ticket are required to present their own valid student card at the entrance.

• The use of professional cameras is not allowed in the Ticketed Area unless permitted in writing by the official organiser.

• Any kind of commercial recording, including photos, videos, or audio, is strictly prohibited in Scene Erawan unless permitted in writing by the official organiser.

• All pieces exhibited in Scene Erawan are protected by Copyright Laws. We kindly request visitors to respect the creators and the copyrights of their works.

• Due to the interactive nature of the Ticketed Area, visitors are required to respect the general terms and conditions of all attendees.

• Please follow any directions or instructions posted in the Ticketed Area or provided by the staff.

• Please be considerate and respect other attendees by trying not to hinder other visitors’ views or cause a noise nuisance that would be disturbing to other visitors.

• To enhance the experience for all attendees, we kindly request visitors to refrain from sharing any spoilers.

• The Ticketed Area is not suitable for children under 6 years old and children under 12 years may visit the Ticketed Area under supervision.

• Parents, teachers, or other guides are responsible and accountable for the behaviour of minors, individuals, or groups that they are accompanying.

• Any damages caused to the artwork or exhibition space will be the responsibility of the visitor to compensate.

• The visit to the Ticketed Area is at the visitor’s own expense and risk.

• Certain areas of the Ticketed Area may not be universally designed due to restrictions in design and function. Scene Erawan staff are more than happy to provide assistance for visitors with disabilities via a special route.

• Belongings larger than 40cm x 30.5cm x 15.25cm (16” x 11.8” x 6”) will not be permitted in the Ticketed Area. Please do not bring any large bags or backpacks into the exhibition area.

• Visitors will be denied (further) access to the Ticketed Area in the event that:

  • The Admission ticket has not been provided by Scene Erawan or an institution or organisation authorised for that purpose by Scene Erawan;

  • Visitor is under the influence of alcoholic drinks, narcotics, or similar substances;

  • Visitor is creating any disturbing or disruptive behaviour, or has the intention to do so;

  • Visitor breaches the general terms and conditions provided by Scene Erawan;

  • Visitor intends to enter Scene Erawan with bare feet and/or a bare torso.

• Ticket cancellation could proceed in the case of:

  • The inability of the ticket holder to attend due to a government-mandated travel ban in the Ticket Holder’s home region/country being implemented in relation to COVID-19 after the purchase of the ticket(s) preventing the travel of the Ticket Holder to where the Event is taking place

  • The proven accident that leads to the inability to enter the Ticketed Area

  • Death of the ticket holder

• The following objects are strictly not allowed into the Ticketed Area:

  • Guns, fire, and shooting weapons

  • Pointed and/or sharp weapons and/or sharp objects which could cause injury or damage to any materials

  • Explosive and flammable substances

  • Chemical and toxic substances

• Visitors’ personal data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
